First time to have the chicken and waffles. Will certainly have them again.
Average food, staff friendly. Dinning room was clean, lots of open tables for Thursday night at 6:30 pm. Kitchen looks like a disaster zone, food spilled all over the floor. Not impressed
We went with a large group (currently still here) First they said my ID was fake because of "bubbles" on it then she claimed my card was declined (just got paid today). It was a party of 10 and we've been sitting here trying to get a bills figured out. Then this waiter hasn't said shit to my end of the table. Didn't apologize to my end of the table just apologized to the FRONT of my table. Saying "this would have never happened if o were your waiter." Yet and still all he kept saying is "I'm not your waiter." Smh WTF.
This was a first at this Chilis location and it wasn't great at all. We waited over 30 minutes for the appetizer (table side guacamole). We were already full from chips and salsa. It took about 45 mins for our food to come out. And to boot the waiter got my bill wrong, but I just paid it and left. I didn't want to wait another 45 mins. Also there was a leaking roof over our table. 😡 The Hot Molten Cake was good though.
It was a bad experience. I've never had a bad experience at Chili's but yesterday was bad my drink wasn't right and my food was wrong they couldn't get it together. I hope the next time it's better.
The salsa was delicious, along with their homemade chips! Everybody in my party of 5 enjoyed their meals! One was an infant so she doesn't count when it comes to the "enjoyed their meals" part! Our server did a good job! We will be visiting again!
