Our waiter was attentive, polite, and patient with us. He was always smiling even when we couldn't make up our mind on what we wanted to order. He brought it out with each order just as we had asked. He even made ordering my hamburger super simple by asking if I wanted pink or no pink. He was even nice about when the ziosk's battery ran out and he had to go get a new one. No look or feeling of frustration came from him. I wish I could remember his name, but he worked in the bar.
Service was great and food excellent. Have been there 3 times in the last few weeks and today was the best visit yet ���
Second time in 6 months, get a table, order drinks, get chips, order food, after 4 services staying food will be out in a couple of minutes, your after order food arrived, cold again. Not worth going here, need to shut it down & replace with Applebee's
Worst service ever. I have never walked out of a restaurant before I got my food. But the Chili’s on Sam Ridley just got that out of me. After an hour and a half we put enough cash on the table to cover our drinks and appetizer and told them to cancel the rest. Management and server did not seem to care. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and never had service this bad. Never eating here again.
