We were told glad we wouldn’t be back by one of the employees after expressing our concerns with a unnamed server. https://www.facebook.com/1157220021/posts/10216727752483658/
RecommendedLove the flavors. Enjoyed the free chips and salsa, some cheddar bites (starter), and 'The Boss' burger with loaded mashed potatoes as my side. Everything tasted great and this was on a busy Saturday night. Our waiter was amazing.
After going to the Chili's in Smyrna for lunch this week, I will probably never set foot in another one. I guess they can't see how chains like theirs have started closing all over middle Tennessee ie Applebee's. keep treating customers bad and see what new chain comes in and closes you down.
RecommendedAlways a great place for lunch and dinner! The atmosphere is fantastic and the bar area is always great! 5 stars!
I’m always satisfied with my experience at a Chilis. Tiff, Jason, and the gang are top notch!
Extremely horrible service, poor attitude by bartender and managers were not helping staff at. I have written in a complaint, but still have not heard back from anyone. This experience was after a HORRIBLE experience in Murfreesboro too. I thought a different location might be better, boy was I wrong!
Service was wonderful very fast and friendly. Food was fantastic.
Had a very good relaxing time at Chili's today for lunch. Our waitress was very attentive and smiling also very helpful. Once a month sometimes twice my friend and I go to Chili's for lunch on our pamper us Girl's Day. I have never had a bad visit at Chili's. Food is good and the drinks are good they always have discounts on things.
