we have been hearing bad reviews but had a gift card and went tonight anyways and im glad we did . Our waiter was Ernest and he was amazing. he kept our drinks filled,our food out fast and he was nice. I hope this is a turn around for this restaurant, based on this visit i would come back again and i would send friends.
This is my weekly place to hangout with friends and co workers. The staff is always fast and friendly. The food and drink specials are awesome. A few of the waitresses are nice and pretty.
Worst service and experience in a restaurant I've ever had in 40 years. Do not go here if you want good food or a nice manager. Run away
I've been eating at chilis for probably 20 years but this was our first time at this location. NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience ever at a chili's. It took the hostess 10 minutes to even come up the front to acknowledge us and skipped us when we were texted that our table was ready because she walked off as soon as we were texted. She gave us attitude about us not coming up when we went to the hostess station as soon as we were texted. The restaurant was dirty, my drink was watered down, ziosk didn't work.
