I usually love to come to Chili's, partly because they make it easy to know what I can have, having a gluten allergy. I ordered to go party platters of chips & salsa with add ons of guacamole and queso around 11am with a 2:40 pick up time. I paid over the phone around 2:30 and arrived at 2:42 and they hadn't even started to make my order. They slowly walked around and upon my urging them at 2:55 that i was going to be late and why haven't they already prepared this for me the guy says "I dunno, I just got here". Menus covered in food, took an hour and a half to get food, women's restroom was not clean, and food was lukewarm. Hostess was not really hostessing. There were many open tables and yet there was a wait. Tables were not being cleaned off as promptly as they should because the whole 2 aand a half hours me amd my family sat there, there was a table close by us that was left a mess which is disgusting to see when trying to eat.
