Exactly what a children's hospital should be. Patience. Understanding. Catering to the child's needs. My boys were amazed by the bridge...."it's like a bridge to another world!" I'm so use to apologizing at adult hospitals, when my wild ones run crazy, and I didn't feel shunned here. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
Took too long to get seen that is pitiful how long it took
We paid a visit to the GI Clinic yesterday and I was very impressed . We had very little wait time and everyone there was wonderful.
I am extremely happy with the care and kindness I experienced at children's hospital. I took my 7 month old there with diarrhea and vomiting and they were caring and quick to take care of him and figure out what was going on. The staff treats you like family. I will definitely go back there if my child ever needs to.
