they seemed very unprofessional.... took them over 3 hours to come in room, then turn right around and left cause they never read the info that was sent from other doctor..then sat there 2 more hours before they came back in again.. drove 3 hours and had to rent a room for night because it took them 6 hours to get there stuff together.. then took another hour for them to come back and take iv out and let us go..they didn't give any prescription to relieve pain or discomfort .. then got home and had to go to doctor to get som... read more
I love Peds East--- I was a patient as a child when it was in Center Point and now both my girls go there. They are a large practice with many patients but I've never had a bad experience. Whether calling to make an appointment or asking the nurse a question they are always very nice and get back to you as quickly as possible. Dr. Garland Youngblood is our doctor (LOVE her) but we have seen many of the others and they are very friendly and helpful. They listen to my questions/concerns and take great care of my kids. The front desk and police prevented me from delivering food to a 6 year old child going through chemo and his mother. She was unable to come downstairs and they were not at all sympathetic. They would not allow me to leave the food, get a wristband to visit the floor, or even call the patient's mother. Heartless employees.
