I can't explain the gratitude I have for the staff at this place! As another reviewer stated, they turned a parent's nightmare into a comforting experience! From the moment we walked through the doors to the time after my son was discharged, EVERY SINGLE employee we encountered was helpful and compassionate! This was my son's first surgery, and I would like to thank Dr. William Shirley & the staff at Children's for all that was done!

I took my little boy last night he was in so much pain and couldn't pee.. he had already been diagnosed with urethral stenosis, and some things with his pee pee.. he had cried and cried.. we drove 2 1/2 hours bc I had heard wonderful things.. they did absolutely nothing for my baby.. the doctor that we saw talked down to me she acted like I had no clue what I was talking about.. the urologist resident that was on call was so mean and hateful! they heard him scream and scream he couldn't pee bc it hurt so bad! and they still ... read more
