they have done nothing but treat my daughter wrong. at not even a week old she had surgery that didn't need to happen until she was older. now talking like she needs a trach and feeding G-tube button. due to the surgery that should have never happened her health is nothing but a roller coaster. she has days and good days. at the moment she is 2 months old..

My grandson has been a long term patient since February finally diagnosed with a rare disease while in icu he was given the wrong medicine dosage which could have been fatal we also dealt with nurses with horrible attitudes which is very unprofessional . Fast forward till now he is a patient on the bone marrow transplant floor after being here for weeks he had a bone marrow transplant during this time I have witnessed nurses & hospital staff be very rude not even speaking at times this is ridiculous & has made our stay more ... read more
My child was admitted to ICU in February our 1st time ever coming here was in the ER when I brought him in for a fever and ear infection as we got checked in one of the employees asked what we were here for I said he has a fever and her response back to me was very harsh. Since my son been coming here the nurses,charge nurses have been very rude and unprofessional. This is my 3rd time talking to patient relations and nothing seems to been done about it. RecommendedI just want to give a Huge Thank You!!! to all of the staff of children's hospital. It's been about 16 years since I was a patient here but I still remember the amazing care everyone provided to me and my family. A special THANKS to all of the nurses, this may sound a little cliche but it's true when they say "they may not remember your name but they'll always remember how you made them feel" thanks to the amazing care those nurse gave me through out many difficult months I was able to grow up healthy and become a RN too. My daughter had a severe staph infection and we had to be admitted for a couple days To have surgery ( put a drain in) , the whole staff was super sweet ! All her nurses & medical team were amazing ! Definitely recommend ❤️

Outstanding care with a team of true professionals that truly care about the children. Without a doubt the best hospital in the state of Alabama for kids
They did a wonderful job helping us with our little girl in the ER. Everyone was so nice and listened to what we had to say. After the day we had it was nice to know that everyone took time to look at everything closely and figure out the best things to do which in our case was go home thankfully!
