The staff is so great with my son love them all so much for being so kind with him. Having a mute child is hard but when autism is thrown on top of that it can be very hard to get medical services done since he doesnt understand what is getting ready to happen to him, but the staff here takes their time to get the job done right even though my son makes it very hard. Great job Children's Mercy!!!
The PCIU Nurses and Doctors do their jobs so well. I would like to thank each and every one of them for all they do. Thank you for taking such great care of our newborn daughter!!
If is was not for this Hospital I would not be here. I was 3 y.o. at the first time I was there 1971 and I will be 48 this year.
It was not for Children's Mercy when my son was 6 weeks old I don't know what I would have done. They are so amazing and the team is great!!!!
Can't say enough wonderful things about this hospital. They did an incredible job taking care of my son and helped to make his 3 day stay as comfortable as possible even if that meant making him mac and cheese 4 times a day. :) The emts, nurses, doctors, surgeons, physical therapists, and everyone we talked to at the hospital were kind and willing to answer any and all questions we had. We come back every week for outpatient visits and they are amazing in there as well.
Children's Mercy has some of the most brilliant and kind-hearted staff I have ever seen. They go above and beyond to make sure the child and family are taken care of.
