I've dealt with this hospital for the past 8 years and have never had any complaints. I'm thankful and grateful for the nurse who cared for my children during the most horrific accident of their life. However my complaint is with the social worker they have working for them. She released my son into the custody of someone who hadn't had contact with him in over 5 years after being told by his father who had physical custody of him not to. She even received a legal paper stating that his father wanted him released into my cus... read more

Was not impressed with teen clinic . Then had to go to the ER next day because dr didn't help my daughter the first time . Drs at ER seemed not too experienced. My daughter still has sore throat - no culture taken and ear pain still exists. Then in the ER the dr that saw my daughter didn't wash her hands before she touched my daughter but washed her hands afterwards and used very little soap and rubbed her hands very quickly under running water. Wash your hands before you treat patients and not afterwards .

I used to put all of my faith in CMH. We have always had the best care there! But over the last month, I have had my daughter there 3 times for continued pain and nausea. They won't. They just keep sending her home with pill after pill. All that does is mask the symptoms. It isn't treatment. It isn't care. It's awful!! Her battle co... read more

Children's Mercy is an amazing hospital. It has proven once again that they will take care of my loved one and my family while we are there. Yesterday my niece was in surgery for 7 hours and someone called us every hour to let us know how she was doing it made the day go by faster. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. The doctor came in afterwards and talked to us he was so nice and definitely professional. Every nurse, nurse practitioner, security personnel, even the helpful custodian was so nice and helpful. It's not... read more
