Children's Mercy is absolutely amazing! The nurses and all the staff in general were very informative and very gentle and patient with my daughter, who wasnt always the most cooperative little patient. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with sick kiddos ���
My son has a confirmed broken finger and we've waited 3.5 hours and have yet to see a doctor...
Yesterday my son Samuel had to get tubes in his ears (I call them miracle workers). While we were in the waiting room at Children's Mercy he was playing in a little tykes truck. Those nurses were awesome!! They let him "drive" it to his preop room and then into surgery. It made the transition so much smoother. We have always had excellent care and support from Children's Mercy but this topped it. The nurses even checked him as he was sitting in the truck. Best experience ever!!!
