It was a great experience in a bad situation. Thank you for everything you done for us.
My son had a procedure for his foot and it was a great experience. The doctors were great as was the staff helping him after the surgery. Very patient and kind and always willing to help
It was an amazing experience. The doctors were nice even though my little man is shy. They treated him very well and we got our problems fixed really fast!! Faster than any other hospital I have ever been too! Thank you children's mercy for helping my son!
My great granddaughter was admitted Friday and was on 6th floor. The care she was given was great, don't get me wrong. It was the condition of the floors in the bathroom and her room. Filthy dirty, blood and dried up urine on the floor, crayon marks in bathroom. Her floor had not swept or clean and still has not gotten a visit from housekeeping other than empty trash can right inside door. The condition still stands as I am writing this review.
We are so blessed to have the best medical staff taking care of our precious lil boy during our Journey. Special thanks to fetal health and nicu nurses.
Worst hospital some of the nurses are amazing! But other then that worst! Will never take any of my children back there!.
The doctors and nurses took not only excellent care of my daughter but also of me. Seeing my daughter struggle to breathe had me an emotional mess but they were a comfort to me as well as explaining every step they were taking to help my daughter. Even got a follow up call from a nurse checking on how she was doing. I would not hesitate to take my daughter back if I should ever have another need for emergency help.
This place is filthy dirty and Frank the Environmental Services director is an arrogant, pompous, condescending ass. Maybe he should start doing his job instead of trying to flirt with all the nurses and wonen visitors. Really disappointing how this place has gone downhill.
