Ask my sister that entered the ER on August 6th, talking and fully functioning and left a week later brain dead...Oh, that's right, you can't ask her! TGH Sucks!

My mother was here for an outpatient procedure. It was no fault of the hospital that became a five day affair. But our experience definitely will remain memorable. Wound care is primitive compared to other hospitals we've been to. One nurse called it archaic (not my words).ABD pads were used instead of adhesive border dressings. They acted like it was some advance, brilliant idea. They attempted to clean her wounds with warm soap and water. Seriously?!! Where's the Sea Clenz and Dakins solution? The urology department, Dr. Raul Ordorica who is now in CA and Dr. Jorge Lockhart as well as Angela Jackson are awesome. They made a difference in my life. I also need to acknowledge Dr. Jaimie Sanchez, colon rectal surgeon, Lori Rich and Tracie Patel for the wonderful care with regs de to my surgery and after care. Even though I am still experiencing significant issues which is not their fault they are working diligently to rectify my problems. TGH AND USF ROCKS!!!!!
I loved that hospital
This hopital is the best of all in Florida because they care about my dad and take care of my dad and help you out in anything . I'm glad that I came here for my family health here in the hospital because they do their best to find out what makes my family sick and as well I'm happy they save my sister son Jorge from his appendix. Thanks for everything Tampa general hopital.
Labor n delivery was good but after that terrible service Worse treatment ever won't be going back
