As a former nurse I am sorry for your bad experience. I was a patient at TGH recently and my treatment (on a different floor than my own) was nothing less than shameful. They are so interested in the bottom line (profit) that they overwork their nurses and consistency in care is laughable. Sorry to say it but it is true. They send out a I little card after your home to see about your care. And that's it. Truly a corporation looking out for their bottom line and for those who profit at the hands of those who suffer.
I usually love TGH but today was a different experience. It seemed like the nurse had more compassion for me than the doctor. The doctor wouldn't listen to any of what I am experiencing instead she told me without letting agree or disagree. Doctors like this is how hospitals get sued due to not listening to the patient when some really bad could be wrong.
Very good experience the time I spent there. Awesome doctors. Incredible staff.

This is by far the best hospital I have ever been to. They have great room service and their nurses check on you around the clock
Its alright
The quality of care my wife received here was second to none. She was basically left to die at another hospital and was transferred to TGH last December. Dr. Gonzalvo, his team of doctors, the nurses and staff on 6K, and everyone in between saved her life and she is now 100%. Thank you TGH for everything you did to bring my wife back to excellent health. Also, the food at the temporary cafeteria was great, as my daughter and I ate there many times. Again, thank you Dr. Gonzalvo and TGH for giving me my wife back!!!
