Your hospital ER is supposed to be the leader in pediatrics yet they continually fall short. Twice I have brought my children here to have a mediocre level of care. Yesterday afternoon i brought my son for urgent help after first trying an urgent care center to help. After 5 hours , and being left in the room with the doctor to care less, we walked out and left. The doctor did nothing to find out what happened to my son and i now am left with no answers. Today i will be taking him to another doctor. The main hospital is wond... read more
CALLIE!!!! She was amazing. It’s obvious she loves her job and does it well. I’m an adult and she rewarded me stickers for being a supportive big sister while treating my little brother. The entire staff was wonderful. I would like to see improvement on greeting and verifying guest from the admissions desk.
