The doctors are good, but the office staff is horrible. Often rude and wait times are unreasonable. I have waited for two hours several times and was even forgotten about. The office staff will kill this practice.
they are very nice In the er when you walk in, but I have been sitting here in ER forever!!! We mad it Abt 7pm.. First, we sat for an hr.. they call my grandbaby back just to tell my daughter to go to fast track. after we walk over to fast track they called her straight back just for her to sit in the room for more hrs. they tried putting a catheter on my grandbaby and she was very fussy.. so they did a bag.. she's 3 months.. no one has come to check my grandbaby temp since then. she had 103 temp.. it's almost midnight and m... read more

April 2017 my son was hospitalized and his full medical bill totaled to just under $19k. Praise God the nurses and doctors were wonderful and my son is ok. However, the billing department has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and continues to be over 2.5 years later. From the beginning I have been billed the bill in it’s entirety despite me having insurance and a EOB showing I owe 1/8 of the total bill. Both insurance and myself have spent 2.5 years trying to rectify this and the billing department either doesn’t call or email us b... read more
Was my youngest daughter pediatrician since baby in 1990 until she turned 18. My oldest daughter has taken her 3 kids to dr Issa since they were all born. They are now 12,16,18 and she is still their pediatrician. I also took another one of my grandsons to see her numerous times over the years when he visiting us & got a cold or fever, etc . She is a great doctor and kind , compassionate person. Highly recommend her.
WENT IN FOR FEVER OF 101.1 and they did not check for FLU HERE I AM 24 hrs laters at her primary dr and guess what she has THE DAMM FLU!! Never going back to childrens ever again! Did i mention i was there for 4 hours!!!
