Excellent Hospital
I have never been to this hospital before and let me tell you that I was so pleased in how the staff took such good care of my granddaughter, I will never go anywhere else... Children Medical Center is the place to be!!!
Every single staff member from the hospital was so nice and caring. They took care of my child. That was the most important thing for me. Thank you.
Great experience here, everyone was great and took really good care of my daughter for her surgery.
My nephew was transferred by ambulance from a pediatric urgent care @8:30pm. They put him in a room with some Motrin and I arrived 30 minutes later and had to ask for doctor after they had been here for 45 minutes. Finally a nurse practitioner was sent in and basicly wanted to know why he was here. She advised that since his fever broke, he should have some fluids and she would reevaluate him. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed yesterday and everyone was so good about communication! As parents we were already nervous then our doctor had an emergency come up but the doctor who stepped on came and introduced himself and explained everything very well. The nurse “Kristi” I believe was amazing after surgery!! She answered all of our questions and comforted our concerns! We love children’s Plano!
OMG!!! Dr Wang, Donna, Brandi and the rest of the ER staff on shift yesterday morning were simply Outsanding!!! They were so caring and made sure my princess was comfortable through her fluid IV treatment. They constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable while they were busy treating my daughter. I absolutely love this hospital and every visit since she was 1 years old has been amazing!!!!
