Today, our team takes great pride in being the eighth-largest pediatric health care provider in the country, and the only academically affiliated pediatric hospital in the area. Children's Medical Center Dallas is home to the only academic healthcare system in North Texas that is dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive care of children from birth to age 18.

I went to Childrens Medical Center this past Saturday due to my 2 year old son running fever of 102.8. We were immediately sent through fast track which wasn't very fast as we were there waiting 3 hours before called into a room and then sitting there an additional hour before someone comes into the room. The nurse practitioner came into the room with 2 other people never introducing nor advising who they were, while they stood with computers in hand the whole time. Our son has been a patient here a few times. Of the times he's been admitted here the staff have always showed the up most respect and ability to care for our child's wellness. He has had 2 open heart surgeries since the beginning of January. During our times here the nurses and staff members went above and beyond their means to insure our sons need's were met and that recovery was a success. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was quoted a price for a dr visit which I paid the day of service and was then sent a bill for 4x the amount in the mail. Evidently it was just an estimate...and by estimate they just make up a number. The same day as my visit I also paid the separate hospital fee. I also received an additional bill for this. As it turns out, the two fees I paid that day were sent to UTSW instead of one going to UTSW and one going to Children’s Medical Center. Now Children’s is saying I still owe them ... read more
Very good
Took special care of my baby when her appendix ruptured. Every Doctor, Nurse, and staff are walking angels, and Gods presents can be felt here. Wouldn't want her care from anywhere else!!! God Bless Childrens Medical Center!!!!
