I think this hospital was so nice. I loved all the colors and everything there to help kids feel like they were NOT at a hospital. The docotors and staff actually listened to me and helped us figure out what was wrong with my son. I have a better understanding of what is going on with him because thr doctor took his time and patiently answered all my repeat questions because I was so scattered brained. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but I had no choice. Unit 8b is absolutely horrible minus 2 nurses..John and Rachel. I highly doubt I will ever take my child back here we will travel wherever is necessary to get the proper care he needs.
The hospital is beautifully designed. It feels more like a hotel. State of the art technology provides an organized and efficient experience.The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Quality healthcare and great customer service. Keep up the great work!
I love children's hospital they very clean and respectful and they always disinfect there toys once a child plays and the nurses and doctors are so nice they played with my son I just want to say thanks for a wonderful job and for caring
everybody is so nice and friendly here, im happy with the care my son is getting, I just love it here.
We just finished up a quick 26 hour stay for our 2 year old who had an infected lymph node. Everyone we encountered was friendly, caring and professional. Not just this time but in prior visits as well. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond to make sure our little one was as comfortable as possible. She really appreciated the great selections of movies available right in her room as well as the fantastic playroom on our floor. It really helped her pass the time.
