After 17 long hrs of being there awaiting surgery for my daughter. The staff was amazing everyone who I came in contact with. They treated us very well. I could tell she was in good hands. I will continue to bring my children to this hospital. Thank u everyone

It took a while for my son to get to his room but everyone was so nice and polite. Very in formative!
While we have loved the doctors we see here, the Midcampus Parking Garage is an absolute joke. It's oversold every time we come here. Parallel parking on the ramp - On both sides of a ramp that only fits one car? Not okay. ESPECIALLY when you consider that many of the parents who come here have children in wheelchairs or are using infant car seats. Very frustrating.
My daughter was there to see Dr Ward in orthopedics 2 nd floor. Every employee I encountered was very helpful & polite. But a special shout out to Shanese B. at checkout. She not only told us where the stairs were but walked us there. The signage in the parking garage is small & confusing, other than that it's a nice facility.
