Love this place! Every single staff member from the PT to the Nurses to the Cleaning Staff to Transport to the Doctors were wonderful and knowledgeable. The dogs that come to visit were great and the facility is beautiful. If my 11 year old daughter wasn't having a spinal fusion due to scoliosis, it may have been confused for a resort. Shout out to 6A and Dr Ward! We ❤️ you!!!
I am 18 years old and I have been going to this hospital for many years. No matter what department I am in the staff is all wonderful to me. I am always greeted by my name with a smile and friendly faces. It's like a 2nd home to me. I was in the ER last night and although we waited for a very, very long time to get to a room, the nurse that I had (her name was Blake) made it worth the wait. Can't even begin to explain how terrible this experience has been . Any Pittsburgh hospital would have done a better job . Every doctor or nurse I've dealt with today had gave me either a run around or some explanation that the next person said was false . Seriously so disappointed in such a high rated hospital that specializes in children . Will never come here again !
