The holistic approach to healing, as well as the diacinplenary approach of care. I was able to witness this firsthand as my daughter was transferred from an out of state facility that could not meet her needs at that time and watch the doc's of UPMC children work together with a success in the treatment. and she still going strong.
RecommendedWell, we got our first stitches out of the way. ☹️ 4 stitches in my little guys finger and he was a trooper! Children’s Hospital went above and beyond!! They were so good with him, he only needed a little bit of local! I was one proud momma! You can tell from the greeter to the doctor, they love their jobs, they even gave him a toy!❤️
I believe all the employees from the main telephone line, to the patient rep and the director of NicU, plus the nurses are on some drugs, they all seem to be completely in a chaos, no one know who does what! what a bunch of ding bats, if I could have my grandson transferred to Atlanta I would in a heart beat, totally unprofessional hospital.
Fuck Children's Community Pediatrics with their cattle line for flu shots. About 150 people in line. I turned around and left. Don't EVER accept this alternative. Always ask for a standard appointment. Both alternatives have a zero cost with UPMC for flu shots.
l have a special place in my heart for the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh .They saved My Mom and my life 50 years ago.l was born premature Only weighed 2 pounds ,My Mom almost died delivering me.l had to get a blood transfusion and they had to give her blood also.After about 2 -1/2 months I was able to come home.I could never repay for what they done,thank u and God bless!
my daughter is in here and they are doing a great job with her she is to come home in about a week we can't wait!
