Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh saved my sons life in 2014 when he was born. We spent 92 long days in the NICU not knowing what the future would hold. Today my son is 4 years old and doing well. The staff at CHP is amazing and I mean ALL of the staff! They listen to your concerns as a parent and explained everything so well. We think of everyone from CHP often and miss them all.
Wait time too long! My son has a 103 temperature been here for now several hours and he hasn’t even received anytime of medication to lower his temperature! Been in a room for and hour and still no nurse. Horrible just horrible
As an employer and parent they made us feel welcome and comfortable. always asking if we needed anything. offering different services or supplies that could make our stay better. Even the gentleman that helped us transport to our car was a gem. The Drs and and anesthesia who talked to me and explained wvery detail of what was going to happen. the nirses on each floor qe were on that qere so kind and helpful to us. Makes me proud to say I work somewhere I truely enjoy. Thank you everyone for caring for my son.
