We had a great experience; aside from the fact that every little one is a child and so like any other emergency room, you may have to wait, once we were admitted...fabulous. The staff is friendly and helpful and they explain absolutely everything so that not only you but your child know what is happening.
They took great care of my son. Took the time to explain every part of his procedurevstrp by step.
How have nothing to complain about the valet people was fast and the staff was great
The actual care my daughter received was good, however we were quickly hounded by their billing department even after we had started making payments. Multiple letters sent to our home and calls on our phones when they had barely sent us the bill a month before. They also say they can't offer a discount unless it's the day of service. Strangely enough I didn't know how much my daughters two week hospital stay would be when we checked out! I would not be willing to deal with these people again. My daughter had heart surgery and the staff there made our experiance great!!!
we had to be here for 7 hours yesterday , & one of the ladies that was there was clearly talking about my issues to the other guy that was there and she was pressuring to pee so they could get the sample stuff and she got a attitude when I didn't need to use the bathroom. & I heard her remarks obviously talking about me & this was the first time I've had this experience but the time waiting is normal . We visited cardiology. Everyone was super friendly and Dr. Humes was fantastic.
