Amazing care, everyone was so good with our daughter that she didn't want to leave after 4 days hospitalized. EVERYONE that works at the hospital was helpful, friendly and great with us and our daughter. We live an hour away but if any of my children need emergency care my first stop now will be Children's Hospital. I love that the doctors work as teams to diagnose and cure the issue and we were kept well informed the entire time. There is not one negative thing I can say about our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Children's Hospital of Michigan. I expected the worst and honestly I probably could not be more impressed with the efficiency of the staff, the kindness of the nurses, and the knowledge of the doctors. In and out in less than an hour with X-rays and a cast removal done.

This is the best hospital for children in my opinion. They have the best doctors and nurses I have ever met. I don't know their last name but Erica, Angelic, Claire, angel, and Dr. Fields are wonderful doctors and nurses.

Place is a damn joke, under staffed, we needed assistance & all the drs were at the station on their phone, they told us 24 hours until we would be able to get a room, why admit us than? Than threw a big fit when we left. Well, were not going to stay somewhere that has no room for us, waited 7 hours, for something they said would be done in 20 minutes.

Good staff but they are to slow spent 7 hours there with my son who had a virus and a high temp and half of the 7 hours was spent in the waiting room

The best hospital I could have brought my baby too. They listen, care about and address your concerns. Sadly, the Observation area is disappointing. It's extremely uncomfortable, noisey, and small. I can not understand why the the ER rooms are private spacious, and comfy, but the Observation area where you are staying for at least over 12 hours -24 hours and horrible. Observation should be more private and comfortable for the families. That area sound be remodeled asap.

My daughter is here now with severe RSV. All of the nurses in the ER, Obs and 6 East are so nice and loving. We drove a little farther to come to Children's, there's 2 other "big" hospitals 5 minutes from our house but the care my daughter is receiving is much better and worth the extra 10-15 minutes in the car. Thanks for all you guys do :)

I think that childrens staff are just to slow for the amount of people that comes into the hospital.
