Just got discharge from CHM. What can I say BIG SHOUT OUT to the staffs. It's hard to stay and watch your kid sick and stick several times and waiting is another thing. But you have an amazing staffs that make the stay a little less burden and concerning for the parents. I can't express my gratitude with staff and volunteer at play area in 6th floor they are all amazing. They treat him so special everytime he comes and stay to play. Staff was the best ever! My daughter had surgery and everything went so smooth, my daughter, who is 3, didn't shed a tear!! Love this hospital!!!!
I thought it was an outstanding experience and the staff was the nicest most informed group of any hospital iv ever had a stay at ...I couldn't ask that anything to be changed ....the entire experience was 100% great ...
They were quick and thorough. They listened and took everything I said into consideration.
