My son has been here for 6 days and many more the nurse's are very nice and taking good care of him
My son has been seen at two specialist offices there. One urologist and the other was the ent. Both wete very clean, awesome and nice staff. The wait sucked but it was well worth it. Its always nice to get answers from things that you dont know what it is happening to your child. I would take my son there again. For the er, i dont like it there. To long of a wait and not very clean and comfortable for the parents or children. Rather take them to henry ford or beaumont.
They have been so kind and helpful during both my sons surgeries, only thing is last time we went the play room didn't have a volunteer n trying to explain to a 2 year old why they can't go in the room with all the toys because there was no one there is impossible
It was horrible. Lobby was disgusting. Red juice all over the floor. Giant dirt spots and trash all over the floor. I got triaged and waited in the lobby alone for 4 hours. My child was so sick. We left. I will never go here again. We are at a different Hospital tonight.
