This is my first time ever experiencing Children's Hospital downtown and it will be my last! I will drive my daughters all the way to Helen DeVos in Grand Rapids where Autumn spent her first NICU stay! The ONLY hospital that makes me feel at ease and the only hospital I TRUST that makes it their duty to involve the parents as much as they can! I love children hospital I took my daughter for her asma they gave her a breathing treatment and they gave her a inhaler I mean we wasn't there long at all
My first time having to stay there for a 24 hrs time frame... They staff did a great job making sure my son was comfortable and taking care of...
They treated my neice great! The resident Physician even talked to her about bullies and told her to stand up for herself!!!
Love the hospital and the ENT Dr was wonderful, the wait on the other hand was bad had a appt @ 2 didn't get in til after 4
I think it's a great hospital. The staff is nice and very helpful. They make you feel welcome
