I’m so sad to write a bad review. This is only for the ENT department as i have no experience with the other departments. The procedures here may have been put in place for efficiency but they certainly do not consider the needs of the patients. We have given this place several tries and plan to file a formal complaint. If you have the option to somewhere else, please consider those options. The doctor I saw here did not seem to care. The staff is amazing the wait times are a tab bit high and the fees are a little pricey went there when I was 5 till 12 for head aches and stomach issues
