We had our son at Children's last night for croup and upper respiratory infection.The staff was very on top of things got him the right help/ medicine and care right away!!! I will not take my children anywhere else but here!! I feel very safe with them there under the right care!! Thank you so much for all you do!!
There was a lot of construction going on but it didn't affect the quality of care that you showed my daughter. Thank you �
I have been going to children's since I was a kid with broken bones and now my children, and have always had a great experience. My 2.5 year old now goes weekly for speech therapy and they do a fantastic job she is learning to talk finally compared to when she did therapy in Columbus when we lived there. I am so thankful for children's.
We had to make two late night trips this month (Oct 2nd & 28) due to croup and both times the staff was extremely responsive and dealt well with the fact the my 3 yr old is for the most part non-verbal. They interacted and respected his boundaries while still being professional and dedicated to providing him relief.
I love my son's eye doctor! My son is 3 years old and goes every 4 months and looks forwards in going every time, jumps right into the chair.
Dr.mancho is a amazing Doctor to very good care of our daughter all the staff that took care of here .I want to give a big thanks to all of the staff and to dr.mancho
My only issue was with House Keeping. My son has been admitted before to DCH and before coming in to clean house keeping knocked and asked if it was ok to come in, this was also my experience at other hospitals. However this stay the house keeper did NOT knock, she just came in started gathering up garbage and opening cupboards and bathroom door. My son was asleep at the time, which we both had gotten very little of and the noise from her cleaning woke him up. She didn't apologize she just kept right on cleaning and then jus... read more
The people who work in the orthopedic part have been amazing. They have been very patient and understanding. My son who is 2 broke his arm and of course he was not happy when they had to take the cast off but they knew most kids wouldn't be happy and they were very careful and understanding and gave him stickers and a sucker to help him deal with what was going on.
