i waited so long for Slade to be seen. The girl keep taking people back before us that came in way after us. Got really upset he was so sick and it took 1hr to be seen.
My wife and I are grandparents to a special little girl named Joy. DCH has been such an amazing resource of health and restoration for our family. A staff of great compassion and knowledge. You have treated Joy with love and great care. Thank you so much DCH!
The ahu is the best area along with the surgeon's they both did a marvelous job with my daughter. We all thank everyone for all the wonderful christmas gifts we received from the er to the santa that came in and the ud students and same day operation department.
When my son and I arrived for his outpt procedure yesterday he was feeling sick and dizzy. Instead of sitting us in the waiting room they took him right back so he could lie down. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! All of our questions were answered!
The people are very very nice and understanding...
The emergency room is a joke... every time I go in there it's worse than the time before... I get it, they're busy and maybe more severe cases than my child BUT when I press the call button and it gets ignored and turned off 5 times in a row, that's ridiculous! If something serious were wrong with my child they'd have never even known because not once did they check on us. We sat over 1.5 hr to see the doctor, when the doctor did come in she assessed but didn't speak to me nor tell me what was going on. Then a nurse came in ... read more
The whole staff was so kind and made us feel at ease. Im so thankful for receiving such best care for my son.
It took way to long for a diaper rash..I was there for 4 hours
Finally got answers for my son. Staff was amazing. Took great care of him when he was admitted.
