They was so amazing with my lil girl first time going and not the last love that place
We were admitted over night after our 5 week old had to have surgery on a hernia. They put us in a short stay double room instead of an overnight bc they were "full." It was with hard chairs and hardly any room for us as parents. The nurses though were fantastic and very caring so that helped and they ended up bringing us a extra bed they had for the other side of the room Bc we didn't have anyone with us due to him being so young and considered a "clean" patient. Dayton Children's has saved my son's life twice now! And will be doing it again, once they figure out the best route to take with his high CSF pressure. I will make the hour and 15 minute drive, any time to have his care received there.
Our night nurse in the NICU was an amazing person and oh so funny I'm really glad she got to take care of my son and we got to meet her thank you all for helping my son
If I could rate this place a zero I would. They kicked out my 2 year old for laughing. My 6 year old has had 2 surgeries and is in a body cast due to a horrible car accident. We've been here for 16 days and counting. We celebrated Christmas here as well as my daughters second birthday where some one actually had the audacity to steal 3 of her gifts. Smh. After 3 days of complaining they did bring her new items but not the items that were taken from her, that she has already opened and loves. She is still looking for her nemo... read more
Dayton Children's is wonderful! Every time we go there, we have an amazing experience. From the emergency department to the specialists, from the inpatient care to the testing centers. All of the nurses and doctors are so loving and caring and make my daughter feel better every single time. They are also very capable and knowledgeable and I know that anytime my daughter goes, she is in good hands!
If we have to be in the hospital, we're glad it's here! All the doctors and nurses and all staff are always awesome!
We love Children's Hospital. They are awesome with the children and families both!!
What a fantastic group of doctors and nurses! Such a possitive and caring staff...I will always bring my children here in the future! You guys rock!!!
