Bought two beds from them. First one was too small but they refused to take it back because it was opened How would we know it’s too small without seeing it open ?!! Bought second bed. What a pig to assemble. The worst I have ever seen. All holes wrong size and misaligned , quality of the cheapest mdf and papered ( papered !!) over instead of paint white. Many chipped and broken pieces.
Be aware, there are no returns on Mattresses unlike more reputable bedding companies. Website states "If you want to try it at home – simply leave the packaging on" but they arrive vacuum packed making this impossible. Daughter couldn't tolerate chemical smell from bed, after a phone call was refused any refunds. Other companies allow 30 days, 90 days etc so try the mattress, its worth the extra money next time.
Great choice of beds and fantastic customer service, would recommend to anyone.
