Absolutely appalling experience. I rented a vehicle for the weekend of 5th–7th July and was shocked at the state it was in. Two of the tyres were completely bald—borderline dangerous and likely illegal—and the car was overdue for a service by more than 6,000 miles. It was clear this company has no regard for customer safety or basic roadworthiness. The vehicle felt unsafe from the moment we left, so we didn’t risk it.
