I love this restaurant but tonight my experienced was ruined by the costumer service at the 12001 Rockville Pike Rockville, 20852 MAP Location. We arrived on Wednesday night on March 30 at 9:20pm, 20 minutes before closing which is at 10pm and they didn't allow us to order milk shakes because they had already cleaned the machines. I came with two more people and three coupons for the 'free breakfast'. When i ordered the manager said ir was valid for one per party. I tell her we were separate but still did not get whatt was offered. Only choice chicken minis with nothing else!! They were so greesy and nasty i had to order something else. The btead was sweet!! Yak. This is misrepresentation. End up spending more just in sides for two. The coupon says ONE per guest.
Usually love coming here with the kids. When its nice we eat outside. But it always takes FOREVER to get our food and most of the time my kids are more polite then some of the staff opening doors for other customers, etc. We thought maybe they are just understaffed but my oldest son applied for a job and they didn't even call him back for an interview. Amazing service. I loved too that I could make my order on my phone and just go in and pick it up. Tiffany Thomas the owner operator has done an amazing job with the team there! Love their culture! Mercedes does so well with the kids on kids night.
Every other chick fil a has had awesome service this one in Rockville its hit or miss for sure

Robert gave me the best hospitality when I was there. I enjoyed the food and also the iced tea and lemonade combo.
