30 min to receive a carry out order that was cold. Hate this chikfila
Today’s terrible experience included cold fries, melted ice cream for kids, missing items from the order... from having waited 30 minutes for my carryout order. When asked if I could speak to a manager I was told the were to busy to talk and refused to take my number down to call me. Worst customer service ever. So disappointing.

You may come in during the height of a meal rush with a long line, but this crew works to get those lines through extremely quickly. I’d rather take a few extra minutes in line to know that they will get my food order right! Love this crew!

My family and I visited this CfA during our end of summer family vacation to the Washington DC area. We have a running joke that no matter where we travel, as long as there’s a Chick-Fil-A nearby (and it’s not Sunday! 😀), that we would be taken care of! This proved no less true with our visit to the Montrose Crossing store. Great service. The store seems to be managing the limited parking well, even though it has no drive through window. Excellent staff always eager to serve customers. Good food and variety as well.
