Arrived at what is apparently the busiest time for lunch. There had to be at least 24 people in line ahead of us and we both immediately thought we should just walk away, but decided to give them a chance. Seriously, the line stretched from the counter to the rear, across the room and back up again and we received fabulous service! Everyone was courteous, knew their jobs and did them well. We were eating our food 6 minutes later! I've waited much longer than that with many fewer in line before me! Five Star food and service.
To whom it may concern, I am a mother of three that loves that your restaurant is a safe place I can take my kids for lunch and to play. My son is 3 years old and is anaphylactic to nuts, eggs, Dairy and sesame. Your establishment is the only place I feel safe taking him to pay and eat out. Excellent service. The line was wrapped the restaurant but I was serviced in a matter of minutes.
Downloaded the Chick-fil-A app and selected this location and ordered breakfast for curbside after selecting my whole breakfast and putting in my credit card and submitting order it says to head to the location and click the "I'm here" button on the app when you arrive. We drive 15 minutes from our house and arrive in the curbside parking spot and click the "I'm here" button... it then says that we have missed breakfast hours and that my order is now cancelled.
