Not sure why but service at this Chick fil A is unusually bad, people are rude and disrespectful, noticed it several times but especially today. Won't be back.

The food is usually great, but the SERVICE!!! Mercy me, guys, is minimum wage so high in Maryland that you can't hire staff?? I have been to Chic-Fil-A's in many other states, and NEVER have I seen such poor service.

I don't understand the new sauce bucket concept. We weren't sure if we were supposed to use it as a makeshift loudspeaker or maybe if it was a souvenir or... but the nuggets were just everything.
Ordered curbside today on my lunch break. Went with a couple of my workmates. Ended up waiting a good 7-8 minutes for the food to come out after it was ordered 30 minutes beforehand. It's not a huge deal except I'm losing pay at the office being out longer on my break. Also, each off us asked for 3 chick-fil-a sauces and we only ended up getting four total. Poor nuggets had to go solo. Food also wasn't very hot...still tasted fresh, just room temperature tho. Maybe just caught them on a bad day...
Thought I get my son a treat after running errands with me today. Never again. The parking was awful, the line was long, the service was anything but spectacular. Waited 10 minutes for food. Finally went to the counter to complain and they said "we looked for you here at pick up but you never showed up." I said "I'm a dine in customer at a table, don't you bring the food to me?"
