My kids and I are Chic Fil A addicts! So it saddens me to do this but I really feel some type of way after the way I was treated with the level of service and bad food I received. This has got to the be worst location in the city! Terrible customer service when you make a complaint about your food. Didn't offer to replace or assist at any point. It pains me to do this. Because I LOVE #ChickFilA but the #ChickFilAUnionAve has pissed me off. I started trying to call them at 8:15am to place an order for a mtg at 9:30am. Everything is 5-15 mins away so that's plenty of time for a $45 order to be ready. Well, they never answered the phone. I called like 4x. Think fast...the new mobile app! Boom! #ChickFilAOne.
