RecommendedI absolutely love Chick fil a. We have been to this location multiple times (with 4 kids) with no issues. It's not the best of services as from others in the city but let's consider it is downtown in the middle of the medical district and 3x busier than other locations because of it's location. This location is getting worse and worse I ordered a spicey deluxe it only came with bacon , last visit 12/18 they didn’t give me cheese and it was cold another visit in 1/19 they didn’t have lettuce or tomato but there’s a Kroger right across the street REALLY CHICK! 😡
I wish I had gotten her name but I had a great experience in the drive through. After I gave my gift card to the lady outside she said I owed 9 cent, I didn’t even begin to dig for it and she said “nu uh, I got this” and found some change on the ground for my 9 cents. If that ain’t service I don’t know what is! Thanks Chic Fil A and to the awesome employee in the drive through. That was sweet and she went out of the way.

We are in town for the St. Jude race. Stopped through the drive through for dinner. Super long line so I expected it to take a while. This was the most efficient/fast Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Very pleased!
Service was friendly & fast. As always the food was delicious.
The staff and the customers were friendly. The booths weren't very clean, but I was willing to excuse it because of the crowd of people. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and my children loved the play area.
