Omg ! My daughter celebrated her birthday yesterday at this location. She does it every year!! The staff was amazing !! Ms . Bobbie was so sweet ! We can’t wait to do it again next year

Line was extremely long the updates didn’t help at all for faster service... My food was not fresh it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t fresh . And to top it off I was given the wrong SAUCE!!!!!! I was very aggravated

Chick-fil-A is almost the only restaurant we go to when we need a drive-thru. As a busy mom, I love how I can always depend on CFA. I really will drive the extra miles to go to a different store in stead of frequent the Union Ave store unless improvements are made. (I'll stick to Germantown, Millington, Poplar Ave, and others thank you!) We dropped by and not only was the line long, but SLOW (I've been to plenty of long lined CFAs and they normally go on by quickly). Yesterday I went to get 8 chicken and biscuits. As usual the lines outside were extremely long. People driving in the wrong way and cutting in front of cars. By the time I got to order I was informed it would be 20 minutes for my order.....8 chicken biscuits. Nothing else. Really. She asked if I still wanted to place my order. What choice did I have. I could not back up and get out of line. I was trapped. So I said yes. I asked her once I drive up to pay again if it was going to be 20 minutes and she said yes. Ugh.
