This location always gets orders wrong. You ask for grape jelly but give you strawberry. Also we ordered chicken egg and cheese biscuit get all the way home back in Arkansas 14 miles away and we got nothing but egg and cheese biscuits. This place is the worst . I love chick-fil-a. But will not be coming back here .
I am very DISAPPOINTED with the way things are handled at this store. First of all my breakfast order was incorrect. I was unable to come back until later that day 09/21/2019 and when I did I spoke to Josh he assured me that he put my information in the computer and said when I come back the food would be replaced with the correct items.Needless to say protocol was not followed and my food was not replaced when I came back. Bring back the creamy chicken salad❤❤❤
Literally almost had a panic attack in your parking lot from all of the traffic. People were pulling out in front of each other and blocking others in. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for access to a parking spot. You really need to have someone out there directing traffic during rush hours.

Trash all over the floor behind the counter and they actually put the wrong sandwich in the box with a sticker that said it was my sandwich. I have never seen a chick fil a looking like this one
I placed a large catering order for a middle school field trip with the Union Avenue Chick-fil-A, and the employees were incredibly helpful and organized. They made feeding 90 hungry teenagers so easy!
