I am normally always pleased with my service, but today was horrendous! I am not sure if this girl was new, but nevertheless if you make an error all I ask is to make it right & be apologetic! I didn’t receive any of the such! You barely speak, you didn’t give me my card and argue that you did! I've never had a problem at this store, always pleasant and accurate service.
My husband and I were at the resturant in Memphis TN. Were down for a visit in Mississippi and my husband has never had chick-fli-a so stopped in. He had a grilled chicken sandwich,waffle fries and lemonade. I had your famous grilled chicken nuggets, fries and lemonade too. We had a good lunch,would go to another restaurant in our neighborhood soon. I am very disappointed in the service that I received Tuesday morning at your store. I ordered a chicken biscuit and a large frosted coffee. I was then asked if I would like a “Ms. Angela special” to which I said “what is a Ms. Angela special?” I was then asked the same question again and I was in a hurry so I just obliged and said “sure”. If you don’t want to read a rant, skip this post: Chick-fil-A on Union Ave in Memphis, you’re a true disappointment. This former CFA employee is less than pleased with your service and ability to give someone a LARGE NUMBER 1 (that means the drink is large too, for those that skipped the training videos).
