Great food, great service, great atmosphere! The staff is friendly!
After church I decided to pick up large fries n drink. I pull up to the drive through window and gave my money to the young cashier. As she gave me my $5 the wind blew it away. She told me to drive over it. I did, but I couldn't get out. This young lady Hop out of the drive through window to get my money n gave it to me. With apology. I said its OK n Thank You so much. Great management thee most courteous staff and last but not least Chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!���
On Friday October 13, 2017, my 12yo and I entered the store at approximately 4:30pm. Only to leave within minutes due to a group of young men in front of us starting to have a verbal altercation and the management staff doing absolutely nothing. My life and child's is so not worth loosing for a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Chick-fil-A on Mercury I can promise we won't be back dine in or drive thru.
This is the only Chick-fil-A I know of that charges you $0.55 for a glass of water...... Krazy...... you can be sure I will never visit this one again
Most of my experiences at Chick-fil-a have been positive. I am writing about this morning in hopes that changes will be made. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits, parfait and coffee. Same order each time I come. Today they got the order wrong. Put in hash browns and omitted the parfait. I told them they were wrong. Paid additional money even though parfait has been part of meal before and then they had the nerve to take back the hash browns. Principle of the thing and I left not feeling very good about them
