Terrible service and staff is beyond rude.
I ordered a large sweet tea with lemon from the chick-fil-a on Mercury Blvd by Firestone. This is what they gave me. It clearly isn’t sweet tea with lemon. It looks awful!!! When asked if it could be replaced THE MANAGER just said “I don’t have time for this” and walked away 😡. This is was the manager!!! Completely unacceptable!!
Slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen!
They are great. Even on Chic-Fil-A Day they were fast and polite.
