They are rude and hurry you. Make you forget everything you are ordering. They can't count. Ordered a 12 piece and it was 9 nuggets I guess the one big nugget counted as 3 the other 8 where barely nuggets. Asked for extra mayo ketchup they gave me two for 3 lg ff, and 3 sandwiches. And told my niece that she couldn't do the ice cream bar on kids night. They said she was to old. She's 10. But very tall. Great job on be a bully.

I went through this Chick-fil-A drive thro today for lunch and the experance was just awful!! I ordered a salad, 8 piece nugget and a large coffee. Thinking I would try a new- low-fat dressing- this time, but only to have regrets about choosing it before I got up to the window. I told the young lady working the window that I was unsure about the dressing and could I get a avocado ranch in addition. She very rudely told me that it would be an extra .45 cents. Literally cannot get orders right, ever. I ordered and paid for a meal and got just the chicken, no side. The time before this drinks with no straws.

I just had the BEST experience. I had errands to run at lunch and was low on time. I pulled up to 2 lines the length of the building. I have to admit, I was worried. Before I knew what happened, I was having my order taken by one of the 4 employees standing outside assisting customers. To complicate things, I had 2 seperate orders - but the team on duty didn't find it to be a hassle at all. I think I was out of there in record time. Thanks everyone for your hard work - that's what great customer service looks like!

Very slow despite restaurant being empty. Asked for 2 sauces for my meal and was told ,"customers were limited to one per meal to accommodate everyone, however we do sell the sauce tubs." Don't really need an entire party tray's worth of sauce, this was the first time I have been disappointed by chick fil a service- far below brand standards.

Ms Meagan I am so sorry your experience wasn't up to your or our standards. We do strive to be fast but sometimes we do miss the mark. It's harder to do during slower times because we try to keep fresh food up all the time and so during these times we cook less to reach this goal. As for the sauces we do recommend a certain per the entire, we do give more when requested. Went thru drive thru, gave Attiyah a $20 bill to pay for my order and she tried to say I gave her a $5 bill. Very shady. When all was done and said she still didn't give me back the correct change. The receipt even showed I gave her $20. Last weekend I went to get my free salad (cowlendar card) and @ 5:30 p.m. They didn't have any salads. Bad business to not have free item of the month on hand. I will not be back!

First, I attempted to cross pedestrian walk in front of store. A drive- thru customer very almost ran me over while attempting to cross diagonal striped crosswalk. You clientele must be too lazy to fix a bowl of cereal in the morning! Second, after complaining about the incident incident to just get some coffee while waiting for my car to be examined, a young white dark haired pretty boy "Branson" in uniform doing NOTHING cast a sharp smirk and grin about my pedestrian walkway complaint.
