My order was wrong so I went back and the customer service from the manager wasn’t great! No we apologize, let’s make the order over. Instead I have hot fries but cold nuggets! First time the service was this bad.
My sandwich was left out of the bag on a busy evening and I called to let the manager know and I explained I was too tired to come back that night and it was a 15 min drive for me....and they went above and beyond my expectations....they drove to my house and brought me my food!!!! Talk about amazing customer service and my sandwich was hot and delicious! Not many places can top that level of service!!! Great job! And thank u!!!

Clean & Efficient!! I only like going to this Chick-fil-A. Even though the lines may be long, I know I’ll get exactly what I ordered & it’ll be in a timely manner. Never been disappointed here unlike the others ones around town.
