Below one star. This place is the most disgusting place ive been to in my adult life. I waited 35 years for a box of burnt disgusting bullshit, and for the MANAGER to tell me I was out of line for being so upset. 2 bites in my sammich I had to spit half of it out because it was so terribly burnt it wasn’t edible. Hardly any fries in containers. Worker rudely and repeatedly called out my name to pick up. Gave me my whole order except my daughters milkshake which mostly melted before I could get anyone’s attention to hand it to me. And most surprisingly - not one “my pleasure” said to me. By far the worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. I won’t be back here.

Time and time again this Chick-fil-A proves to be the worst one I have ever been too! They are the slowest and don’t know how to keep the line moving in an orderly fashion. They are taking too many orders without getting people through so they have a mess of people cutting cars in line and orders being messed up and skipped. I was trying to place a catering order for next weekend at the Coliseum location. The young man I spoke to was very rude and wouldn't take my order by saying that wasn't enough time and hung up on me. I called this location as n Kristin was kind courteous helpful and took my order. From now on this is the location I will be going to
I generally order all my nugget trays from the Victory Blvd Chick-fil-A but they are closed for remodeling so I was forced to use a different location and I ordered from this one. I was very disappointed that they were out of the 8oz Chick-fil-A sauce (I was able to get individual packs) and no tray was provided to serve my chilled nuggets on.
