Ordered a scramble this morning that I waited 15 minutes for after placing a mobile order before I left my house and received less than a 1/4 of eggs and 3 strips of sausage.

I have ate here almost everyday recently and went to the asheboro location for years. Today I tried to order some breakfast and dealt with an incredibly rude woman that was uncalled for. I will never eat at the asheboro location again and may never eat in general, from chick fil la. I am so disappointed!!!
Nothing like being forgot about for 45 minutes in the parking lot waiting for your mobile order. 25 minutes in I asked someone about my order and she said it was coming right out but we still never seen it. Then they said they did not know what we ordered at that point so I just left.

RecommendedI am in love with the curb-side service! I ordered the Cobb salad on my way to work and it was everything I wanted! My only problem is I didn’t receive a straw in my bag 😢 I love this location and the employees are so pleasant.
RecommendedI am so glad you are open again. I have missed you! But, today when I went again for the first time I was very disappointed that the order takers were not wearing face masks. Since we were a lot closer than six feet, I was wearing mine to protect THEM and expected they would be wearing theirs to protect ME. Please consider adopting this measure to protect your customers.
