RecommendedMy family of 4 went for lunch around 1:30 today. They had 5 lanes of vehicles, and you could clearly see the employees run it like a well oiled machine. We had our lunch in 10 mins and that's from the time we pulled in to pulling out with our meal. And everything was correct! Kudos to all the employees! You are doing an amazing job!!

Orders are CONSTANTLY wrong these days. Every order is an issue. No one will answer the phones either so if one thing is missing we can't even call in. You stock pile the bags with no extra room so even when we do try to see everything fries fall all over the car. Also, you are skimping on the fries and mac and cheese, too. The mediums are the amount of small portions.
First off when I received my food I received a medium drink instead of the large i ordered. I asked the server did I not order a large drink he looked at the receipt and then responds oh yes we are out of large drinks. Out of large drinks???? But I responded ok so am I going to get refunded the difference and he says yes I will see. How are you going to see about a service or product I did not receive it should be a given to refund the difference for the drink, I should not have had to ask. RecommendedNever once checked a drive thru bag bc it's Chic-fil-a. They always get it right. No sauce 😱. I thought I was in the twilight zone. The first time in 20 years I've ate your sandwich plain and dry fries with no polynesian sauce. Still delicious but not the same. Would've went in to retrieve the missing sauce but...the rona has the dining room closed 🥺. Will be back ❤. #dontforgetthesauce
rude staff tonight , manager really rude trying to argue with a customer due to a car in front of us that was being really irratic
I went to buy food to this place and there was this really nice girl taking our order, she was so cute to us, and then all sudden it came this manager, dark skin yelling at her, and lashing out at her for a situation that had happened with other customer in front of us. We did not have nothing to do, but I so the face of that poor babe put into shame in front of everybody, she finished our order and I even saw her hand shaking.
